CLEMENTS Raymond (Ray) 3rd April 2018 Peacefully at the Countess of Chester Hospital aged 67 years. Much loved husband of Anne and loving dad of Joanne. Devoted grandpa to Sadie and Callum and a dear brother to Rae Raymond. Will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service is to take place Friday 27th April 9.00am at The Church of The Holy Ascension Upton by Chester CH2 1DJ, followed by Committal at Chester Crematorium Chapel.
