Judgement reserved in MRSA compensation claim
A HIGH Court judge was this week urged to dismiss a massive compensation claim by a former lorry driver who says a failure to treat him for the hospital superbug MRSA left him almost crippled. The MRSA probably entered the bone in Beith man John Anderson's left leg during an operation on November 14, 2000, Jonathan Holl-Allen, for the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals Trust, told the court at Oxford on Monday.
