Julie Montgomerie, 32, has been made to feel trapped in her home on Glenapp Place, Kilwinning for the last 12 weeks.

A health and safety officer from Kilwinning fire station also warned her it was a ‘fire risk’.

Her four-year-old daughter, Emma may also be at risk and Julie said: “The doors are a complete hazard at the best of times because there are big bolts sticking out off them but with my four-year-old running around the place it could really be a disaster if she feel on it or if she tried to pull the doors open they could fall on her and she could be killed."
