A SALTCOATS woman who embezzled £68,000 from Seamill Post OFfice this week escaped with community service.
Despite a previous warning she could face a jail sentence because of her abuse of trust, Alice Bruce walked free from Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
The 44-year-old was spotted laughing and joking with friends outside.
