THE Saltcoats promenade was like a huge party all weekend as the 2008 Rock Concert took the seaside by storm.

Blessed with good weather, the crowds turned up in droves to watch live performances by some classic music acts including Shania Twain, Elvis and Amy Winehouse!

The tribute acts gave the real life performers a run for their money with hits including 'Man I feel like a woman' from Shania, the classic Elvis song 'the wonder of you' and the well known 'Rehab' by Amy Winehouse.

The Ardrossan & Saltcoats Cameraman was on location throughout the weekend so keep a close eye on the video and see if you can spot yourself!

Check out next weeks edition of the Ardrossan & Saltcoats Herald for photos from Saltcoat's Premier Rock Festival.
