GOLF COURSE AND MARINA FOR ARDEER?

A MASTERPLAN to transform Ardeer Peninsula into a housing estate and business park at a cost of £500 million has been submitted to the council.
If the development gets the green light it will be Scotland’s biggest brownfield regeneration project and will see a golf course and marina development arrive in the area.
The project will have a massive impact on Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenston with more than 1000 new jobs being created and 1300 new homes.
