A MASSIVE new redevelopment plan which will completely change the face of Ardrossan, Saltcoats and Stevenston was unveiled by the area's urban regeneration company on Wednesday.

Irvine Bay URC's stunning proposals offer a different vision for each of the Three Towns: leisure and relaxation in Ardrossan, shopping and tourism in Saltcoats and business growth and healthy living in Stevenston.

"We believe that focusing effort on the town centres can have a huge impact on the wider economy and lead to the creation of new jobs in the area, " said a spokeswoman.

In order for the plans to go forward funding is needed from both the public and private sectors and the developments will take place over the next decade and a half.
