SCAM HITS SALTCOATS

A SCAM that has been circulating for years has targeted Saltcoats and several residents received a letter. THIS IS A FAKE.
The letter claims to be from the Spanish Lottery and will tell the recipient they’ve been chosen to win £715, 810.
However after a concerned woman contacted the Herald we got in touch with Trading Standards who have confirmed this is not a real offer.
