War of words over Buffs boss

A WAR of words has erupted between derby rivals IRVINE MEADOW and KILWINNING RANGERS over the status of Abbey Park manager Alan McTurk, who scored the equaliser for Buffs in their 1-1 draw at Troon on Saturday.
Meadow say they want money for their former club captain if he continues turning out for his new team as he is still a retained player with them.
However, Buffs have countered by saying that they don’t expect to sign McTurk, who has a nagging Achilles injury as a player.
