LAST season's beaten finalists crashed out at the hands of the North Ayrshire Cup holders who edged them out in a nerve-jangling shootout following a six goal thriller.
The first chance fell to the home side in six minutes as Muir sent a volley wide.
However five minutes later it was Winton who opened the scoring. David Wilson was allowed to run through the heart of the home defence and he sent a shot from the edge of the box low into the corner.
Back bounced Dalry and on 17 minutes, O'Malley did all the work on the right and his cross to the near post was headed home by Jim "Tiger" McNally.
