BIG-SPENDING Irvine Meadow have raied rival Stagecoach Super League Premier Division champions Pollock and Citylink SCottish Cup finalists Cumnock to land some of the top talent in Junior football as they gear up for a little assault next season.

They have secured the prized signatures of former Scottish Junior Cup winner Stevie Farrell and Cumnock team mate Chris McGowan along with midfield marvels Zander Ryan and Paul Hyslop from Lok along full-back Kevin McBride from Division Three senior side East Stirling.

General manager Iain McQueen this week hailed the new recruits who are expected to be big hits at Meadow Park.
