Ardrossan 232-8 v Crow Road 176-6
After being posted 'missing in action' for four weeks, Ardrossan 1st XI returned to the battlefield to play Crow Road in the Brunton Miller Western Division Five class at Memorial Field on Saturday.
Accies battled first and had an opening stand of 148 thanks to "X-Factor" Clayton Lambert's 75 and big hitter Gaz Walsh's excellent highest ever score of 90 which put the Crow Road bowlers back into the trenches.
A middle order collapse halted the scoring with only Rich 27 and David "Silver Fox" Smythe the old town swinger helping the score to 232 for eight.
