KILWINNING CURLING SUCCESS AT ANNUAL SUB-SKIP TROPHY COMPETITION
HIS week Kilwinning Eglinton Curling Club played their annual "Sub-Skip" Trophy competition at the Magnum Ice Rink where the usual team members took a back-seat and let the other talented curlers shine on the iice.
Three short games were played during the one curling session in a round robin format and the aggregate scores added to find the winning rink and when Linda Kerr's rink won their first match 4-0 and their second 5-0 it was clear she had a real shot at glory.
