WEST Kilbride Library hosted a massive Easter Egg hunt recently, spread over both floors of the building.
Arts and crafts and a fun afternoon for both kids and parents with the event being hailed as a massive a success and being held in support of Marie Curie and sponsored by valley Farms & Landscaping and CA Design & Productions. Both are run by Cameron Clark, best known in Ayrshire for his Christmas displays, staging work and Hallowe’en productions on a grand scale.
Between the staff and Cameron they had worked together to plan an afternoon to get families and the community together.
Cameron said: “The library is a critical part of the community in West Kilbride and is used by most residents as it provides such a wide range of services that people count on and use daily.”
“The staff and I are already working on our next event at the library and the production company will provide as much support to the community as we can.”
