A SALTCOATS pensioner turned back the clock last weekend as he took part in a zip slide challenge to raise money for charity.
Jimmy Smith, who is 75, took part in the 2016 Charity Zip Line challenge to raise money for Prostate Scotland and raised a fantastic £200.
An ex-para, Jimmy described the challenge as ‘a piece of cake’ and was the oldest person taking part in the event, organised by the Grand Lodge of Scotland.
Jimmy is seen with his certificate of completion after the event.
