Save Our Ferry: Scottish Socialists to hold meeting in support of the campaign to save the ferry
THE Scottish Socialist Party will be holding a public meeting next week to show their support to the Save Our Ferry campaign.
Organised by Arran resident and former RISE candidate in the Scottish Parliament Elections, Colin Turbett, the event will be held at Saltcoats Town Hall.
Taking place on Monday, November 28 from 7pm the event will see Colin, Gordon Martin, the Scottish Regional Organiser for the Rail and Maritime Workers’ Union and Richie Venton from the Scottish Socialist Party speaking.
Everyone is welcome to attend the event and listen to the case for nationalisation of ferry ports and public transport.
