THIS year’s Ardrossan Santa Parade and Light switch-on will take place this Saturday, December 3 – and it’s not to be missed.

The Santa Parade will leave Stanley School Car Park at 6pm making its way down to the Civic Centre Ardrossan via Stanley Road, Beggs Terrace, Broadway, McKellar Avenue, Parkhouse Road and Glasgow Street finishing at the Civic Centr.

There, Santa will alight from his sleigh for the switch on of the lights by the Whitlees Gala King and Queen and local councillor John Hunter at approximately 7pm.

Community groups in the Town are invited to come along and take part in the Parade and make it a fun Christmas extravaganza!

There will be a Christmas Fayre inside the Civic Centre with doors open for business from 6pm with hot food and musical entertainment and of course, from 7pm, Santa’s Grotto for the children.

The Ardrossan Christmas Decorations Committee have been working hard to make sure Ardrossan have lights and an event for everyone to enjoy.
