MENTAL health and wellbeing information sessions are being held throughout North Ayrshire this month.
The sessions are being held as part of North Ayrshire’s upcoming Mental Health and Wellbeing Participatory Budgeting Event.
North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (NAHSCP) and the Scottish Government have created a total pot of £50,000 to give to groups and people in North Ayrshire who would like to make a positive difference to improving people’s mental health and wellbeing.
The information sessions are being held to provide information on funding bids to address social isolation, stress and anxiety, and young people’s mental health.
The upcoming sessions are as follows: Monday, January 23 – West Kilbride Library (2-5pm); Tuesday, January – Cafe Solace at Irvine’s Fullarton Connexions; Wednesday, January 25 – Cafe Solace at Ardrossan’s Nazarene Church (5-7pm); Thursday, January 26 – Kilbirnie Library (3-7pm).
