SPRING was in the air when children from St Bridget’s Primary School and Nursery Class in Kilbirnie held their annual Daffodil Tea.
The event raised money for another family day out following the huge success of the school’s recent Kelpies trip.
Sarita Taggart, Senior Nursery Nurse, told the Herald: “It was really successful. We have £365 raised.
“It was brilliant and we’re really, really pleased.”
Sarita revealed: “It was to raise money for another family trip because the last one was so successful.
“We’re going to Balloch Park at the end of April.”
