THE ‘B’ listed former Barony St John Church building on Ardrossan sea front is one of the most prominent and well known buildings in the town.

And the new owner wants to consider options to transfer the building to community ownership, to enable a comprehensive regeneration process to start.

Through a short survey, your views as a local person are sought on what you think the priorities of new development in the area should be, and the types of things that could make an important contribution to the wider regeneration of Ardrossan and the three towns.

Only by finding out what local people want, and would use, will it be possible to attract the investment needed to make it happen.

So have your say – it will only take a few minutes. And pass on the survey to friends, family members and neighbours and other people you know in the town. The more people that participate, the more likely exciting things are to happen!

To find out more, why not go along to the Open Drop in Day which will be held at the Barony St John between 2-6pm on Wednesday, June 21. This will enable you to see the facility, find out more about development options, and input your ideas further.
