A MAN has been remanded in custody after admitting to shoplifting and behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at the Co-op in Dalry.
Raymond McIntyre, of Dalry’s Merksworth Ave, pled guilty at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week to three charges.
His plea of not guilty to another charge was accepted by the prosecutor.
McIntyre, 26, stole a quantity of food and shouted and swore at the New Street shop on June 7.
He also stole a quantity of food oat the store on June 13.
The court was adjourned until July 11 for reports and McIntyre was remanded in custody.
