Kilbirnie man faces sentencing for threats to girlfriend
A MAN has admitted to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner towards his girlfriend at an address in Kilbirnie.
David Pollock, 36, of Kerswinning Avenue, Kilbirnie, pled guilty to one charge under the Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Act 2016 at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.
On June 14, Pollock shouted, swore and acted in an aggressive manner towards the woman and repeatedly struck a living room door and forcibly removed it from its hinges.
Pollock was bailed and will return to the same court in July following reports.
