AFTER 21 years of hard work and dedication to the pupils of Corsehill Primary School, Mrs Eileen Smith is taking a well-earned break.
During her time at the Kilwinning school, Mrs Smith has run a successful after-school chess club, which has resulted in many awards, as well as past and present pupils gaining a life-long skill and passion for the game.
A spokeswoman for Corsehill Primary said: “We would all like to wish her well in the next chapter of her life.
“She will be greatly missed by all staff, parents and pupils.”
