A 32-year-old man has been fined £300 after he admitted to assaulting a man and to possessing cocaine.
Alan King, of Burnlea Place in Stevenston, pled guilty to two charges at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.
On April 17 last year, King punched a man on the head in Dockhead Street in Saltcoats.
He was also found in possession of a Class A drug, namely cocaine. He was fined £300
