IT was double trouble galore across the local area as young sets of twins started Primary School last week.
And the biggest intake was in West Kilbride with no less than four sets of twins starting and they are Melanie and Gemma Hadwin, Megan and Lucy Dougal Kane, Zoe and Hayley Strain and Ellie and Adam McCorkindale.
Jonson and Jorgie Morris are already enjoying the books at Stanley Primary, Freddie and Ruby Black look like they are enjoying PE at Pennyburn PS and Charlie and Dominic McGuire are also getting in on the hula action at St Palladius PS.
Karli and Kaydee McLarty look super excited to get going in P1 at Ardeer Primary and Holly and Daisy Farquhar of Whitehirst Park are raring to go as their school careers begin.
