CHILDREN and adults enjoyed a range of events at a Fun Day at Morrison’s in Stevenston on Saturday, August 12.
The event was organised by the store’s community champion, Yvonne Clark, and raised over £900 for CLIC Sargent.
Yvonne said: “We raised £919.82, which was absolutely amazing. The Morrison’s Foundation’s going to double it, so that’s £1839.64 that’s going to CLIC Sargant.
“We want to thank everyone, especially Joe’s Ices who donated £30.”
Suzanne Thomson, customer service manager at the store, added: “The Fun Day was a resounding success. It was brilliant, a fabulous day that went really well.”
