Saltcoats road to shut next week for water works
A BUSY Saltcoats road will be closed for most of next week. Montgomerie Crescent from the entrance on South Crescent Road and at Winton Street at the far end will be closed between Monday, February 5 and Friday, February 9.
The closure is being put in place for water mains works to be carried out.
Diversions will be in place for people travelling towards the far end of Saltcoats who usually use Montgomerie Crescent as a through road.
It is one of many closures throughout the Three Towns since the start of 2018.
It comes just days after the road bridge at Ardrossan South Beach Railway Station reopened after being closed to traffic for weeks.
