Two women appear in court over Ardrossan assault and robbery
TWO women have appeared in court charged with assault and robbery following an incident in the town's Montgomerie Street.
Agnes Kane, 45, of Saltcoats and Debbie Sheerin, 32, of Ardrossan, appeared in private at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court yesterday following the incident late on Tuesday night.
Both were charged with alleged assault to injury and robbery and neither entered a plea.
They were both granted bail with a next appearance date to be confirmed.
