HUNDREDS of pupils from Ardrossan Academy gathered earlier this month to find out about health awareness.
The event was held within the school on Thursday, February 8 and it was aimed to help the pupils tackle stress and anxiety issues through 31 different workshops and sessions.
Those there on the day included the Ayrshire Community Trust, the Scottish Centre for Personal Safety, the Three Towns Growers, Childline, Therapets, the Samaritans, the Little Box of Distractions, SAMH, Drink Awareness, Well Happy and the School of Sport.
The event was organised jointly by the Ardrossan Academy Parent Council and their Mental Health Working Group.
Our photographer Charlie Gilmour was there on the night to capture some of the action on the go.
