Man arrested over alleged bag thefts in Ardrossan and Saltcoats
A MAN has been arrested in connection with two-alleged thefts in the Three Towns last week.
Police confirmed that a 27-year-old man from Ardrossan had been charged following the incidents in Ardrossan and Saltcoats.
The first alleged incident was said to have taken place near to Ardrossan South Beach Railway Station on Wednesday afternoon and the second alleged incident took place in Saltcoats the following day.
The man is set to appear in court on Monday.
