Man appears in court over child charge
AN Ardrossan man has appeared in court charged with communicating indecently with a child.
Garry Allmark, 45, was at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court yesterday (Tuesday) where he appeared in private charged under Section 24 of the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009.
Allmark made no plea and was committed for further examination before being released on bail.
He will appear again at a later date.
