A 44-year-old man who struggled violently with police officers is to be sentenced next month.
Gary Alexander McKinnon resisted, obstructed or hindered two police constables in execution of their duty in that he struggled violently with them at an address in Stevenston on June 12, 2017.
McKinnon, of Green Street in Saltcoats, appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and pled guilty to one charge.
His plea of not guilty to a second charge was accepted by the prosecutor.
Sentence was deferred until July 25 for reports.
McKinnon was bailed and will return to the court on that date.
