There was much fun to be had at Stanley Primary when this year’s house team winners enjoyed a day of activities.
Children from the Ardrossan school’s four houses – Bute, Arran, Ailsa Craig and Pladda – have been working hard all year to gain points.
The aim of the house system is to encourage good behaviour through various incentive schemes.
And just before the school finished up for the summer holidays, it was announced that the kids from Bute came out on top.
To celebrate their win, all Bute members were treated to a fun activity day in the school.
Pupils enjoyed a bouncy castle, slime workshops, animal handling with Zoo Lab and Bunny Love, DVDs and various sporting activities throughout the day.
If our pictures by Herald photographer Charlie Gilmour are anything to go by, it looks as though the kids had a blast.
