No jail for man who made sectarian comments
A man who made sectarian comments at Crosshouse Hospital has dodged a jail term.
Sam Ballantyne, 26, of Princes Street in Ardrossan, behaved in a threatening or abusive manner at the hospital on July 19.
He pled guilty to one charge at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and was ordered to carry out 75 hours of unpaid work.
