THE 2018 Ardeer Gala turned out to be a brilliant day, with fun for young and old alike.
The Royal Party included Queen Jessica, Lady-in-Waiting Mirren and Flower Girl Emily, who were cheered on by the crowd.
The Page Boys, Robbie and Ethan did very well too.
It proved to be a fantastic day for everyone, with lots of stalls and activities for the kids including a slime workshop and glitter sand as well as fairground attractions.
There was a bouncy castle and soft play activities - and a licensed bar for the adults.
The organisers would like to thank the following for making this year’s gala such a success: The Gala Party of 2018, Lloyd’s Chemist, Simply Scrumptious, Pop Inn, Lisa Watt (make up), Kirsty Scott (hair), The piper (Mackenzie Smith), Sharon’s Alterations (Ardrossan), Luckys Shop, Raj, Whitlees Community Centre, Jay’s Limos, Townhead Cafe, Clyde Kilts (Saltcoats), Ardrossan & Saltcoats Herald, caretakers at Ardeer Centre, Shirley Morgan, Gordon Cowen and Craig Burns (for providing the games room), Gallagher’s chemist, 3TFM radio, Little and Large, all our stall holders, who thanked the organisers as they had all done so well on the day, Marion (facepainter), Mark Pickering (for providing the bar), John McIntryre, KA Leisure and Arty Party Crafts.
Well done to this year’s royal party and the organisers from all at the Herald.
