Fined for drugs possession
A 42-year-old man who was found with heroin has been fined £400.
Andrew Cairns Miller pled guilty to one charge under the Misuse of Drugs Act at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court recently.
He was found with the drug at his home in Ardrossan’s Nursery Place on September 9 last year.
