THE Ayrshire Veteran Breakfast Club would like to extend a big thank you to the Ardrossan Indoor Bowling Club for inviting them along for a visit recently.
Many members were introduced to the sport for the very first time and all thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Opened in 1974, the Club is located centrally in Glasgow Street, Ardrossan and now has a membership of around 600, offering facilities for the Three Towns and beyond.
It has seven well maintained rinks with electronic scoring and participates in Junior, Senior, Open (Ladies and Gents), League and Qualifying Scottish League Bowling.
