If money is a source of stress, new free sessions run by a local church might be an answer to your prayers.

Ardrossan’s Church of the Nazarene has become one of the first in the UK to train with charity Christians Against Poverty to offer CAP Life Skills. The eight-week course gives people the confidence and decision-making skills to live well, look after themselves and feel positive, even on a low income.

Nathan Payne from Ardrossan Nazarene said: “It’s a series of lovely, relaxed sessions. We’ll be looking at lifting the pressure to spend and sharing some great practical tips to help us take control of our money and make it go further.”

The next course starts on Monday, September 17 at the Ardrossan Church of the Nazarene. Call Nathan on 07503 945 349 or email nathanpayne@caplifeskills.org
