A 61-year-old man has admitted to engaging in a sexual activity in front of other people.
John Whyte exposed himself on various occasions to three people at his home address in Morrison Avenue, Stevenston, between March 31 and July 12 of this year.
Whyte intentionally engaged in a sexual activity in the presence of two men and a woman in that he exposed his private parts and fondled himself. Whyte appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court and pled guilty to one charge under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act.
Sentence was deferred for a Criminal Justice Social Work Report, a Restriction of Liberty Assessment and a full Risk Assessment.
Whyte will return to the court for sentencing at the end of the month and was bailed in the meantime.
