RANGERS winger Eros Grezda stepped up his recovery from injury in Albania's Nations League defeat to Israel on Sunday.

Grezda completed a move to Ibrox in the summer as he followed Borna Barisic in making the switch from Croatian side NK Osijek.

But he has yet to really showcase his talents for Steven Gerrard's side as he continues to work his way back from ankle surgery.

Grezda made his Light Blues debut in the win over Dundee as he came off the bench for the final 13 minutes of the Premiership clash.

And he was then given a 40 minute run-out as Rangers saw off Ayr United in the Betfred Cup quarter-finals.

He was handed a start for Albania in Be'er Sheva as Christian Panucci's side went down 2-0 to leave them bottom of Group 1 in League C.

And now he will look to make an impact for the Gers when they make the trip to Hamilton this weekend.
