Police have launched an appeal for help in tracing a man who went missing from a hospital in Glasgow

Paul Morris, 46, was last seen at Stobhill Hospital around 12.30pm on Friday, October 19.

Mr Morris requires to take medication and officers do not know if he has any with him.

The man is described as white, around 5 ft. 8 inches in height with a medium build. He has an England flag tattoo on his left arm and an England flag and bulldog tattoo on his right arm.

When last seen, he was wearing a black hooded top, black t-shirt, black jeans and black Nike trainers.

Extensive enquiries are underway to locate Mr Morris and officers are checking CCTV footage for any further information which could assist in their search.

Constable Stuart MacDougall said: “Our concern for Paul is growing, we just want to ensure he is safe and well. He doesn’t appear to have any real links in Glasgow so he may have travelled elsewhere in the country.

"We are liaising with our counterparts at British Transport Police and are checking with public transport organisations for any information which could lead us to tracing Paul.”

If anyone has seen Paul or has any knowledge as to his whereabouts, please contact officers at Maryhill Police Station via 101, quoting incident number 2155 of 19 October 2018.
