LOOKING to get fit in the new year? Set yourself a goal by signing up for Muddy Trials – Scotland’s muddiest challenge.
Taking place on Saturday, May 18, entries are now open for the Craufurdland Muddy Trials.
Ditches, rivers, and lots of mud await the runners on the 5k and 10k courses around the scenic Craufurdland Estate near Kilmarnock, over a challenging but fun route.
And for kids there’s the ‘Muddy Mile’ – a chance for youngsters to get dirty too. Kids of all ages welcome (with parental supervision) - over a short, but still extremely muddy course for young legs.
You can find full details and sign up for the 2019 run at https://craufurdland.co.uk/ o u t d o o r-a c t i viti e s / muddy-trials/
All finishers will receive a goody bag, and there are individual and team prizes on offer too. You can find more information with Craufurdland Muddy Trials on Facebook, and follow @muddytrials on Twitter
