SEVEN lucky neighbours in Saltcoats have won £1,000 each with their postcode.
The Border Avenue residents picked up the fantastic prize when KA21 5NH was announced as a Daily Prize winner with People’s Postcode Lottery on Tuesday, March 5.
People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Judie McCourt offered her congratulations and said: “What better way to brighten up a Tuesday than by winning the lottery and neighbours winning together is always a joy, so I’m thrilled for our players in Saltcoats today.”
A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People’s Postcode Lottery have raised £393 million to date for thousands of good causes across Great Britain and internationally.
Many good causes close to the winners have also benefitted from players support, and the next opportunity local charities will have to apply for funding is in August.
