Bus driver suffers whiplash following crash with a car in Kilbirnie
A BUS driver was taken to hospital on Saturday afternoon after the double decker he was driving crashed into a car.
Police confirmed that they were called to the incident shortly before 5pm on March 9.
Chief Inspector Brian Shaw said that they received reports of a road traffic collision involving a double decker and a Ford Fiesta on the A760 at the junction with the B784 in Kilbirnie.
Police attended and details between parties were exchanged before the man was taken to Crosshouse Hospital for treatment for whiplash.
