A STEVENSTON boozer has been given the green light for a new outdoor drinking area.
North Ayrshire Council’s Licensing Board approved the plans for the Station Bar to offer tipples in the sun after an application for outdoor drinking was lodged at a meeting yesterday.
And the pub on Station Road will use the courtyard at the back of the building for a new beer garden for the Three Towns after extensive work was carried out last year to revamp the popular pub.
The new area was approved by North Ayrshire Councillors at the meeting and is expected to open soon.
