Cunninghame Housing Association in partnership with CCG (Scotland) and MAST Architects were shortlisted as finalists last week in the prestigious Annual Scottish Homes Awards 2019.
At the prestigious awards ceremony last week Cunninghame Housing Association won the category for “Large Affordable Housing Development of the Year (social rent) for its Weirston Road, Kilwinning development.
Frank Sweeney, Cunninghame Housing Association Group Chief Executive commented “This is a fantastic achievement for Cunninghame Housing Association and indeed for North Ayrshire and reflects the quality of new build developments being produced by the Association as part of North Ayrshire Council’s Strategic Housing Investment Programme funded in part by the Scottish Government.”
