A POPULAR children's play business has announced their upcoming move to Saltcoats.
Wiggle and Giggle, based on Main Street in Kilwinning, took to social media to announce they are moving into a building formerly occupied by a soft play centre.
The empty building behind the Bank of Scotland in the town will now be undergoing extensive renovation to welcome young families in the summer.
The new venue will be wheelchair accessible, pram parking and on the number 11 bus route for those travelling on public transport.
Wiggle and Giggle is an activity and play centre for babies, toddlers and pre-school children that aid in child development.
In a statement they said: "I am delighted to finally let you all know that Wiggle and Giggle has found a fabulous new home.
"We are moving to sunny Saltcoats! This building used to be a soft play centre many years ago and has laid empty for some time now. It is exciting that we are going to bring it back to life.
"The new venue will be opening summer 2024 after extensive renovation.
"It is fully accessible for wheelchairs, still on the number 11 bus route, has plenty of parking and (the best bit!) will have a lovely bright and friendly pram park.
"There are a few other new features but I don’t want to give it all away.
"I am beyond grateful for the unwavering support, encouragement and love from everyone who has been there over this past extremely tough year.
"Especially you, my wonderful Wiggle and Giggle family who make everything possible. You know who you all are - thank you."
Until that time, Wiggle and Giggle remains in operation in Kilwinning and further information can be found online at facebook.com/wiggleandgiggleltd.
