THE team at Brodick Castle is getting ready for its spookiest Hallowe’en so far.

The Arran attraction is one of 11 National Trust properties taking part in The Stoats Creepy Crawl, a new family event that runs on October 28.

Brand new for 2017, families will explore the historic castle grounds, completing a series of spine-tingling challenges as they go. ‘Crawlers’ will have to guise for their prizes, singing a song or telling a joke. Fancy dress is encouraged and there will be prizes for the bestdressed.

General Manager for Ayrshire and Arran at National Trust for Scotland, Stuart Maxwell, said: “Hallowe’en is always a big hit at Brodick Castle, so The Stoats Creepy Crawl will mean even more families can get involved in the fun this year.

“It’s a great chance to spend time outdoors together, celebrating and sharing the spooky stories and horrible history that the castle has in abundance.”

The Stoats Creepy Crawl runs from 12–4pm on Saturday, October 28. Tickets cost £4 per child. Advance booking is strongly recommended – book online at www. nts.org.uk.
