Diamond Couple enjoy sparkling night in Dalry
DIAMOND couple Malcolm and Helen Clark, from Dalry, are celebrating 60 years of marriage.
The pair marked the occasion with a special family celebration at Dalry Bowling Club on Friday, September 23.
The couple, who were both born in 1937, met in Helen’s home town of Perth when Paisley-born Malcolm was stationed there with the Queen’s Own Cameron Highlanders.
They lived in Perth when they first married. They eventually moved to Dalry in 1968 and opened MRC Fitness Studio in 1984. The gym is now owned by the couple’s eldest daughter.
Malcolm and Helen have a son and two daughters, one grandson, one granddaughter, one great-grandson and one great-granddaughter.
