A 57-year-old man has been detained in custody after admitting to brandishing a hammer, a shovel, and a knife, and throwing a wheelie bin while he was on bail.
Stephen Gillies McInnes pled guilty to one charge at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week. On June 23 at his home in Dalry’s Blair Road, McInnes behaved in a threatening or abusive manner, shouted, swore, acted aggressively, uttered threats of violence, brandished a hammer, a shovel, and a knife, and threw a wheelie bin.
At the time of the offence, McInnes was on bail.
Sentence was deferred until a later date.
Bail was refused and McInnes was remanded in custody
